I am so blessed to be a part of Mother's Refuge.  In my 20 years here I have witnessed so many lives completely transformed from hopeless to hopeful. 

When homeless, pregnant and parenting young moms come to us, they are scared and unsure of what the future holds but through our comprehensive services, love and encouragement they learn that their future is bright, they learn how to set goals and achieve them, how to not only care for their precious babies but how to thrive in this busy world and to reach for the stars. 

This is a very exciting time at Mother's Refuge as we expand our services to provide transitional living apartments that will help young moms take that next step into independence and learn how to be self-sufficient while in a safe environment.  This will allow them the time needed to break cycles of poverty, abuse and addiction. 

The moms that call Mother's Refuge home are part of our forever family and we want them to be set up just like we do our own children and that is exactly what we are doing.
